The Role:
This position will see you operate across both Projects and BAU. At a glance, you will also be responsible for handling a range of escalations related to L3 incidents, delivering remote reporting and monitoring across a range of clients in addition to providing preventative maintenance, Automation, incident response, project delivery and client onboarding.
About you:
- Proven experience as an escalation point up to an L3 capacity.
- Strong experience across project delivery and automation.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Industry Certifications - MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, AZ-800 OR 801 - Highly regarded!
- Proven experience in implementation and support across Azure, MS 365, Azure AD, SQL and Exchange.
- Virtualisation Experience (VMWare, Hyper-V, KVM etc..)
- Windows Server (2012 - 2022)
- Monitoring Experience (RMM, PRTG)
- Networking Experience (Sophos, WatchGuard, Aruba, Fortinet)
- Experience with Backup Technology (Veeam) - Highly Regarded!
