Systems Engineer

Our clients range from global Defence industry Primes through to up-and-coming Defence SME's and start-ups providing mission critical communications, navigation, control and safety systems. Our clients are rapidly expanding their engineering growth in light of current and future Defence spending supporting capability drive for the ADF and Defence services.

We have multiple Systems Engineering opportunities across junior and senior levels all requiring experience across the engineering life-cycle (requirements gathering, test and integration, design, verification and validation and commissioning) to help across a multitude of Defence projects right in the heart of Melbourne, Victoria and Adelaide, South Australia. The Role:

• Enforce design, system and specifications as required
• Establishing test plans & procedures and test analysis
• Implementation, integration, verification and validation
• System definition/high level, preliminary and detailed design
• Provide requirements analysis and management with the use of software management tools such as; DOORs and/or UML.

Experience Required:

• 3 - 5 year's experience as a Systems Engineer or more
• Engineering Degree in either of the following disciplines; Electrical, Communications, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software and/or Hardware
• Experience in systems architecture, design & development and test & evaluation
• Australian Citizenship essential; current or reinstatable clearance ideal
• Defence industry experience desirable
