The primary responsibility of this position involves management, enhancement, and upkeep of our people system (Workday), streamlining processes for efficiency, and prioritising the end user's experience.
This will be a full time, 12 month contract position based in the Sydney or Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ongoing management and accountability of our People System (Workday).
- Continuous improvement of current functionality with a view of maximising efficiency across the business.
- Working with the broader team to develop and maintain data integrity and governance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise projects, initiatives, and reporting activities.
- Working as part of the escalation team to resolve questions, queries and issues raised by stakeholders through our Workday Help ticketing system.
- Use your Workday knowledge to provide guidance and support to other members of the team to ensure we are maximising the functionality of the system.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years hands on configuration experience with Workday (HCM and recruitment would be highly desirable)
- Experience in using project methodologies and tools such as Agile and JIRA.
- Understanding of the use of ticketing systems and managing incoming support escalations.
- Experience in the use of the Microsoft suite including; Word, Excel, Sharepoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to apply critical thinking and be able to problem solve to provide an optimal solution.
- Familiarity with completing and submitting change request documentation for review and approval to implement enhancements.
