This is a full-time 12-month fixed term position, requiring 38 hours of work per week. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to work from home and office based in NSW / QLD / VIC or ACT.

The Systems Trainer holds the responsibility of providing essential training on business systems and software to employees throughout the organisation. As a member of the Transformation Change and Training Team, this role assumes a crucial position in enhancing our staff's proficiency in utilising digital systems accurately and effectively. This also includes a contribution to enhancing contingent compliance and improving the quality of customer support practices.
A day in the life of a Systems Trainer…
- Support Training Lead and work in collaboration with assigned project team(s) in support of business-critical systems implementation.
- Work collaboratively with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct regular organisation-wide skills and knowledge gap analysis.
- Develop and deliver easily accessible on-demand suite of training collateral such as user-friendly ‘how to’ videos, short and targeted eLearning simulation modules.
- Design, develop and deliver interactive, user-focused, and innovative BAU systems training programs.
- Proactively learn new software applications and their functionality and processes to better support training execution and adoption.
Skills and Experience which will make you stand out…
- 5+ years direct (field based) training and facilitation experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in instructional design with instructional technology, such as
- Articulate Storyline, Camtasia to develop eLearning modules.
- Must have Articulate Storyline and or Rise, and Vyond or video creation skills.
- 2+ years’ experience in developing online videos and other training collateral using interactive tools such as Toonly, Snagit, Kahoot etc.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – or agreement to complete this certificate within 12 months of role commencement.
- Experience in providing systems training across core business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Finance, HR systems).
- Experience using Learning Management Systems e.g., LMS365, ELMO, TalentLMS etc.
- Experience delivering training remotely via video conferencing systems or Skype / Microsoft Teams / Zoom.
