Systems Trainer

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity to work within a national Corporate law firm in their Corporate Services team.

The Role:

• Conducting instructor-led training sessions for groups and individuals.
• Providing technical support by phone and in person, assisting our technology support team.
• Efficiently leading inductions and managing equipment onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborating with the Training team to improve and deliver best practices.
• Leading by example in adhering to technology and security protocols.
• Supporting and advising staff across various identified areas, offering problem-solving assistance.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in training and offering one-on-one support across diverse technology applications, including but not limited to Outlook, CMS, PDF Docs, Aderant Expert, iManage, and File Site, as well as advanced functions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Expertise in implementing new processes/systems and conducting related training, coupled with the ability to develop training manuals.
• Proficiency in documenting inquiries and solutions for FAQ inclusion, ensuring timely resolution and responsiveness.
• Professionalism, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Initiative, proactivity, ambition, capability, and motivation.

Understanding the professional services industry, legal terminologies, and legislative requirements is advantageous but not mandatory.
