ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity with our Digital and Technology services for a Systems Engineer - Corporate Services to join the team.
As a Systems Engineer - Corporate Services, you will work with business stakeholders to support day to day operations of the systems for our Corporate Services team. You will provide ownership and support to a variety of IT applications, services, and tools.
This role will involve business analysis, functional and technical support of enterprise grade business applications. Moreover, this role will see you working with end users to gather requirements and facilitate business process discussions.
ABOUT YOU
- Automated business processes and validation through APIs, task automation, and implemented required tooling to reduce manual effort.
- Competent with use of Amazon Web Services AWS (e.g. Lambda function coding), and Automation (e.g. Deployment, Remediation).
- Continuous Improvement mindset enabling better quality, speed, and reliable outcome.
- Demonstrated hands on experience in application design, development, integration, and configuration, particularly in SaaS platforms.
- SAP platform exposure would be beneficial.
- Experience with Application Monitoring, Performance & Alerting tools (e.g. Dynatrace),
- Have a strong sense of initiative and be able to think outside the box when necessary
- Understanding of Agile ways of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skill to create a high level of engagement and awareness of business activities.
