Job description

The IPH Group Human Resources team is a global, yet close-knit & high performing team, recognised by the Firm as true partners to the business due to their innovative approach and valued contribution towards the Firm’ success.

We are seeking our next talented HR professional to join the team in the role of Talent Acquisition Lead, based in our Sydney Office with hybrid-work opportunities.

This standalone role, reporting to the Head of HR (ANZ), proactively oversees and manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience of the Australian and New Zealand IPH Group of businesses.

Your primary focus will be to collaborate and communicate with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Leads to develop an in-depth understanding of each member firm, their role requirements, recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates, oversee recruitment campaigns to successful selection and proactively create applicant pools and future talent pipelines. 

Our ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in Human Resources or equivalent and have a solid background (3-5 years’ experience) in a talent acquisition role. Other key attributes will be:

  • Ability to manage high volumes of recruitment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills with experience in coaching a range of stakeholders on their recruitment and selection decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practice recruitment strategy and process.
  • Expert in using different online networking tools, such as LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining focused on excellence.
  • Ability to problem solve and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. 
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous.
