About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will join a high performing People and Culture team and support and influence business leaders in attracting top talent. This is a high touch role that will require networking in and across the business and externally to find key talent in the market.
To see success in this role you will be in constant motion, following up on leads, gaining referrals, finding out what projects are finishing and who will be available and when. You will develop strong talent pipelines and talent pools by building and maintaining strong relationships with talent in the market.
This is a critical role where you will truly be a part of business operations. Partnering with leaders you will keep your hand on the pulse to understand when future opportunities will arise both internally and externally. You will need resilience and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage candidate and internal client expectations. It’s essential that you will be able to guide and influence your stakeholders to ensure best fit. Success is measured on the quality of the placement and their contribution to the business.
About you
We are seeking experience of end-to-end recruitment processes and utilisation of innovative sourcing strategies. Essential to your success is your demonstrable experience sourcing a blend of trade, technical, operational, and professional roles. Your energy, drive and ability to build solid and effective relationships with your stakeholders is essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced Construction or Project environments will be highly desirable. Agility, flexibility and resilience will enable you to move with business needs.
