The opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for VRTP Theme Park properties including attraction, sourcing and assessment of high calibre candidates for a wide variety of roles. This is a unique opportunity for a recruiter who likes a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes!

Your day to day:
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment across the Theme Parks, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner and positive candidate experience is achieved with all applicants
• Work with relevant department representative(s) to write creative and targeted job advertisements, ensuring specific requirements for the role are listed to attract suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and assist with the screening of applicants, preparation and booking of interviews
• Conduct interviews and be hands on as required
• Assist and support the pre employment process per the Recruitment policy
• Manage the successful applicant offer process by updating the recruitment database, forwarding commencement information via email and preparing contracts.
• Assist in coordinating Seasonal and Event recruitment timelines and facilitate Group Interview presentations as required
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organisations goals and objectives.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions
• Provide coaching and development to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are implemented and maintained.

What you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
• Proven experience with high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
• Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
• Proven knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (PageUp preferred)
• Self-motivated and passionate about recruitment
