About the Company:
Due to the significant growth our energy client is experiencing they are now seeking an additional Internal Recruiter to join this high performing and busy internal Recruitment team. You will be responsible for high volume recruitment of blue-collar and White-Collar employees.
About the Role:
This role will suit someone that has previous experience with high volume recruitment position internally or at an agency level. You will be dealing with multiple internal stakeholders and providing an end-to-end recruitment service.
Duties:
- End to End recruitment for both blue and white collar roles.
- Manage job allocation and mobilisation of site staff.
- Create, develop and maintain own candidate talent pool.
- Min 3 + years’ experience across the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function.
- HR/ Business related tertiary qualifications (highly desirable).
- Resources industry exposure will be highly regarded.
- Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong and trusted relationships (incl. members of senior leadership teams).
- Experience in the use of Recruitment systems (SuccessFactors experience highly desirable).
- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek
