- Working with a well established and high performing team
- Gain hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment, even if you're just starting out.
- Developing and executing best practice sourcing and attraction recruitment processes

- Delivering with a responsive and proactive service approach ensuring an engaging experience for candidates, hiring managers and key client stakeholders
- Contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives with a focus on adding greater value and providing exceptional service delivery

- Process oriented with an ability to work to tight deadlines within an ever-changing, fast paced environment
