If you're an experienced recruiter passionate about making a difference, join our team! We are currently seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant to work with Komatsu, one of the leading manufacturers of mining and construction.
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier candidates to fuel Komatsu's continued innovation and global expansion. You will collaborate with a dynamic team at our vibrant Welshpool office 3 days per week, and enjoy the focus of working from home (WFH) for the other 2 days. \n
What you will be doing:

• Drive impactful recruitment strategies: Partner with Komatsu's leaders to understand their unique workforce needs and create tailored solutions.
• Showcase your headhunting skills: Utilize your expertise and creativity to uncover top talent in a competitive market
• Build meaningful relationships: Foster strong connections with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
• Expand your horizons: Collaborate with a high-performing team, learn from industry experts, and elevate your career within a global organization

Who you are:

• An experienced volume recruiter within the blue collar or industrial sector; You have a background in successfully handling high-volume recruitment needs, ideally in the mining/ industrial environment.
• A strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills: You excel at building relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment: You thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and consistently meet hiring targets.
• Resilient, efficient, process-oriented, with excellent organizational skills: You are highly organized, manage multiple tasks effectively, and remain calm in challenging situations.
