You’ll be based on site with Komatsu, as part of HudsonRPO’s onsite recruitment solution. Komatsu are a leading manufacturer of mining, construction and earthmoving equipment.

As Talent Acquisition Consultant you’ll be part of our Talent Acquisition team owning the recruitment process which includes conducting job briefs, drafting adverts, talent pooling, and interviewing for key positions within Komatsu.

What you will be doing:

• Working with a well-established and high performing team
• Gain hands-on experience or honing your current skills in blue-collar recruitment
• Developing and executing best practice attraction and recruitment processes
• Forming strong stakeholder relationships, partnering to share your expertise
• Manage applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience

What we are looking for:

• A strong and responsive communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or consultant role
• Process oriented with an ability to work to tight deadlines within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• You may be looking to move away from agency into a client-side team or you may already be client side and seeking a new challenge in a business partnering role within a supportive, collaborative and high performing team, delivering a best-in-class solution
• Willingness to work several days a week at our office in Welshpool
