The Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of our People and Culture team and plays a key part in helping shape the culture at William Buck. The People and Culture team are passionate, driven and work together to ensure an authentic culture of connection among our people and making good on our promise to our people that we truly do care.
What does our culture of care look like? It’s a culture of openness, where the doors of Directors’ offices are always open. It’s a culture where your career progression is not dictated by industry or skillset, but by the contribution you can make. It’s a culture of inclusivity, trust, collaboration, and innovation, of continuous learning where you are supported in developing your skills. Our people are valued for what they bring and their career aspirations are nurtured and respected. That’s the William Buck culture of care and it’s our promise to you.
