This is a dynamic, business critical role that links into our field operations. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, that works well in high-paced environments and can allocate efforts efficiently. As part of a larger Global TA team, you'll be working in a small, high performing HR team, that most importantly knows how to have fun! You'll be responsible for providing end-to-end commencement services via multiple channels across Australia, predominantly for our field roles based in Western Australia, ensuring we have the right people in the right places.

• Manage and be accountable for a recruitment case load across different business areas, predominantly drilling services.
• Be the first point of contact throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a service that is timely and efficient, and meets defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proactively work with hiring managers to plan recruitment processes, logistics, timeframes and deliverables, including participating in workforce planning meetings.
• Provide advice to Managers on appropriate recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
• Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.

You will need to have the right attitude, be someone who can work in a high-paced environment and understand urgency.

• Previous recruitment experience in fast paced blue-collar environment (desirable).
• Previous experience with high-volume recruitment (essential).
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Can build relationships quickly.
• Mature and strong communication skills.
• Great sense of humor.
