This is a dynamic, business critical role that links into our field operations. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, that works well in high-paced environments and can allocate efforts efficiently. As part of a larger Global TA team, you'll be working in a small, high performing HR team, that most importantly knows how to have fun! You'll be responsible for providing end-to-end commencement services via multiple channels across Australia, predominantly for our field roles based in Western Australia, ensuring we have the right people in the right places.
- Manage and be accountable for a recruitment case load across different business areas, predominantly drilling services.
- Be the first point of contact throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a service that is timely and efficient, and meets defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively work with hiring managers to plan recruitment processes, logistics, timeframes and deliverables, including participating in workforce planning meetings.
- Provide advice to Managers on appropriate recruitment methodologies and talent sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience.
- Previous recruitment experience in fast paced blue-collar environment (desirable).
- Previous experience with high-volume recruitment (essential).
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Can build relationships quickly.
- Mature and strong communication skills.
- Great sense of humor.
