What would your day-to-day look like?

As our Human Resources Administrator, based at our Brisbane location, you'll assist with the administration and management of all Human Resources projects. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be collaborating with the HR team and other internal departments in duties that cover recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and other HR administrative tasks and due diligence. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a passion for Human Resources and is looking to kickstart their career!

Are you someone with?

• Proficiency in MS Office platforms;
• Moderate-High attention to detail and time management;
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills;
• Experience in Xero and/or Employment Hero HR/EMployment Hero Payroll (highly desirable but not required).
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related degrees (highly desirable but not required).
• 1 - 3 years experience in Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, and/or Human Resources (highly desirable but not required).
