Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in Canberra. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with our hiring managers to support them with the full recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Talent Acquisition and on-boarding processes including posting ads, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, contract development and completing both reference and security screening checks;
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process and find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximise recruitment solutions and onboarding best practices; and
- Generating recruitment reports and data analysis.
- To be successful in this role you will have strong task coordination skills and proficiency in using professional social networks to generate a pipeline of talent.
- An understanding of the end-to-end recruitment experience (* i.e. advertising through to onboarding);
- Excellent inter-personal skills;
- Experience in administration management and coordination support; and
- Demonstrate an eye for detail and be able to follow operational instructions and guidelines accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
