About the role
The position is responsible for proactive, early engagement with candidates across the Eastern Australian States and Territories and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet the resourcing needs of the business. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Assess and phone screen internal and external candidates
• Communicate with successful and unsuccessful candidates
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines
• Undertake pre-employment related checks including working rights and reference checks
• Data entry, candidate tracking and reporting.

About the Roster
The Talent Engagement Coordinators work rotating rosters across 7 days. Availability to work one regular weekend day is desirable.
Skills & experience

• Strong communication skills in a customer service environment
• Experience meeting tight timeframes and Key Performance Indicators
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and in-house systems
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Knowledge of Eastern Australian Geography or ability to learn
