We're seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Coordinator to provide support and coordination of processes across the function, from attraction to onboarding to project allocation. Reporting to the Workforce Planning Lead, you will ensure the look, feel, and overall experience delivered to our internal and external customers is held to a high standard.
We're proud of all we've achieved so far but there's much more to do. And your role, as a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Coordinator, will be critical in helping us to build a better, stronger, more agile Downer Professional Services.
To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Coordinate interviews for our candidates, including scheduling, interviewer booking, candidate communication.
• Prepare marketing collateral, job adverts and talent profiles.
• Assist with reporting by ensuring databases are up to date.
• Collaborate with the Legal Team to create contract documentation using standardised templates.
• Support compliance efforts including requesting and monitoring police and reference check results.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Talent Acquisition function; from extending our Diversity and Inclusion efforts, to assisting on a variety of internal Talent projects.

We're looking for:

• Some experience in an administration role within a Talent or Human Resources (HR) function.
• Previous exposure to phone screening, reference checking, and recruitment administration will be highly valued.
• A strong attention to detail and a knack for problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products e.g., Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Dynamics.
• Highly effective communication style teamed with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

More than anything, you'll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to provide administrative support for our projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
