Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within our organization, primarily focusing on Pharmacists, Pharmacist Interns, Pharmacy students, Retail Managers, Retail Coordinators, and Pharmacy Assistants. Your role will involve developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with pharmacy managers, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the Infinity Group EVP.
- Provide guidance and support to pharmacy managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job design to appointment, utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
- Enhance recruitment tools and processes to aid pharmacy managers.
- Identify and address key capability gaps through effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate international candidate sourcing and manage visa applications.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to attract and retain pharmacy students and interns.
- Represent Infinity Group at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Induction:
- Coordinate induction and probationary reviews for new dispensary staff.
- Facilitate training follow-ups in conjunction with pharmacy managers and operations teams.
- Other HR Functions:
- Provide support and assistance for general People & Culture queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports on turnover metrics, exit interviews, etc.
- Ensure correct application of relevant industrial instruments in collaboration with the GM - People & Culture.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Stream, etc.).
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant extensive experience.
- Customer-centric approach and ability to build positive relationships.
- Experience in retail, healthcare, or community pharmacy is desirable.

- Continuous improvement mindset with resilience in attracting candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
