Eligibility: Open to EveryoneMultiple Full-time vacancy up to 30/06/2025.The Talent Acquisition Partner within the Organisational Development Branch is accountable to the Manager, Talent Acquisition for the development and implementation of agency wide recruitment strategies and initiatives. The role is responsible for the attraction and retention of skilled employees. The role will provide timely advice to a range of stakeholders on best practice recruitment strategies.The Talent Acquisition Partner undertakes work under broad direction in the management and delivery of a significant domestic and international recruitment campaigns and associated projects.Special Conditions
- The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
