We are delighted to be partnering with an award-winning boutique digital marketing agency who is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. This newly created role is stand-alone and responsible for all hiring in the Sydney office in Pyrmont.
About the Role
Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer and dotted line locally, this role leads on recruitment but will also be involved in Marketing activities that help drive the employee value proposition. In addition there is also the opportunity to partner on global talent and HR projects.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation and close, you will hire talent for positions across all levels & specialist teams. You will engage in consultative conversations with the business to optimise their hiring strategy and work towards developing new hiring solutions for their team.
As brand ambassador on external recruiting channels such as LinkedIn, you will build a diverse community of talent and use market & competitor data to inform hiring decisions. You will also support specialist projects and help build manager hiring capability.
About You
You will demonstrate:
- Solid recruitment experience across multiple skill levels.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to execute a high-touch, efficient hiring process.
