Talent Acquisition Recruiter - 6 Month Fixed Term - Flexibility

The Role

As a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will partner with our in-house operational team to deliver end to end recruitment for a range of roles across key account.

The role is based around Sydney Region, NSW.

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a key client, sourcing suitable, high-quality candidates and actively building talent pools.
• Support and guide internal stakeholders in their requirements.
• Supported by internal staff and resources, ensure all pre employment requirements are met.
• Source candidates across Australia for exciting new contracts.

Skills & Experience

• Significant high volume recruitment experience in in-house or within agency
• Experience using internal recruitment systems
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment is essential
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team
• Excellent written and oral communications
