We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a member of the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning team, a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is typically aligned to a business unit and is responsible for delivering the supply of people as per the workforce plan for that business unit.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Talent Acquisition function; from extending our Diversity and Inclusion efforts, to assisting on a variety of internal Talent projects.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with a blend of recruitment administration and sourcing. Key responsibilities outlined below:
  • Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn and internal ATS tools.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for business unit including conducting phone screens, pre-qualifying resumes etc.
  • Support compliance efforts including requesting and monitoring police and reference check results
  • Ad hoc coordination of interviews for our candidates, including scheduling, interviewer booking, candidate communication
  • Assist with reporting by ensuring databases are up to date
What you'll bring
  • Limited experience in professional Talent Acquisition ideally within the Professional Services or in high-quality agency recruitment
  • Capability and desire to proactively source talent across channels, reducing reliance on advertisements.
  • We work openly and honestly with our candidates; you should bring expertise in positively positioning opportunities and organisational capability without overpromising.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
