CBD location - hybrid working
Initial 6 month contract. possible extension
An international Funds Management Co. based in Melbourne's CBD, are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist them with Talent partnering, particularly within the Technology portfolio.
This role will be for an initial 6 month period, however has the possibility of extension.
Located close to public transport in beautiful CBD Offices, you will be working within a highly successful company that celebrate team work and collaboration. This business offer hybrid working arrangements (3 office / 2 from home).
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be tasked with sourcing for new business contract, fixed term and interim recruitment requirements. You will partner with key stakeholders across the organisation and source candidates to fulfil their requirements. This role requites you to partner extensively with external agency providers, maintain relationships and source the best available talent in the Australian market.
We are looking for someone with Recruitment experience, ideally within Financial or Professional Services, agency and in-house background preferred, however agency only experience will certainly be considered. Technology TA experience is essential.
You will have the ability to influence key decision makers, whilst building solid relationships equally across internal and external stakeholders groups.
In a nutshell, you will have;
Previous Recruitment experience within a professional environment
Previous Technology Recruitment experience
High attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
The ability to work under pressure and at fast pace
A focus on results and a self-motivated orientation
A natural affinity with process and administration
Your proven experience within a financial/professional service recruitment role and your personable, articulate and professional nature will ensure your success within this highly sought after organisation.
