• End to end recruitment providing direction to HM's and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy.
• Building trust with stakeholders through market and industry knowledge as well as the delivery of outcomes will be essential to your success not only as an individual contributor but to the overall solution
• Recruitment across the Supply Chain and blue collar space
• Delivering a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
• Strategic and tactical contribution to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives such as driving client brand awareness and a best-in-class candidate experience

Who you are:

• An experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional looking to build a career within RPO
• a background recruiting for Supply Chain (including blue collar in this space) is essential
• An exceptional communicator, you will have strong influencing capability, a proactive approach and a touch of resilience, new solutions bring new challenges, especially when you need to take your stakeholders on a journey that will be entirely new to them
• A true business partner, you will need to collaborate with your HRBP's and build credibility, as well as work in cohesion with your team mates
• You are energised to take on this challenging new role, you are positive and passionate about RPO and the amazing impact an onsite solution can deliver for our clients. You focus on adding value and delivering results.
