About the role

This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to design and execute best practice recruitment and selection strategies for roles within Stanwell. This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

This role is suited to an established HR professional ready for leadership. We are looking for someone who understands the value of Talent Acquisition as a strategic business driver, and importantly, is motivated to partner with HR colleagues to deliver a consistent and professional recruitment service.

Key activities include:

  • Lead a small team to connect talent to Stanwell’s Employee Value Proposition as our business continues to evolve from today to our renewable energy future.
  • Design and lead the delivery of short-term planning to provide efficiency, professionalism and a great experience for all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective end-to-end recruitment for senior stakeholders leveraging our technical platforms and external resources as needed.

About you

  • Ability to manage an end-to-end recruitment function and lead a small team.
  • Demonstrated capability to design strategy, develop and execute delivery plans and meet performance objectives.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with proven ability to influence outcomes.
  • Extensive working knowledge of PageUp or other Talent Management software.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business or similar field or equivalent experience.
