The Intensive Care Unit are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. This position supervises and coordinates an administrative team in the Intensive Care Unit while providing secretarial support to the Director and ensuring to provide a consistent high determination of service quality and performance standards within the Health Service District. You will lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives.

About the Role
- Attend and perform secretariat duties in meetings and disseminate information within the area when required including training sessions.
- Assist staff and clients in the work unit as requested and respond to general customer inquiries over the phone, email and in person including diary and email management for senior staff as instructed and delegate work when necessary.
- In collaboration with the Administration Manager, coordinate all training and development requests from staff within the unit and ensure appropriate cover, skill mix and documentation are complete.
- Coordinate with Medical Staff, Human Resources, Payroll services, Switch and other relevant areas regarding Medical Officer matters and associated issues. Prepare and update medical staff rosters and associated reports (including leave), liaising with appropriate professional staff and disseminate information to Medical Staff as required while maintaining accurate records.
