We are seeking a suitably experienced Leading Hand to join our Facilities Team at Djarragun College.
The Leading Hand is part of the Maintenance Team supporting the Business Service Manager in conducting grounds and maintenance tasks across the College Facilities. The successful applicant will undertake general grounds and maintenance tasks including operation and maintenance of some equipment including vehicles, tractor and mowers, assisting with building projects, ordering materials and booking in contractors as required and setting up of College events.
Relevant Experience
- A trade qualification in the Building industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge, training and experience relevant to the duties to be performed.
- A current Blue Card is mandatory prior to commencement in the role.
- A current QLD drivers licence is essential.
