About the Role
You will be joining a close-knit talent acquisition team and reporting to the Business Leader (Talent). Your key function will be to represent the CPM brand to the talent market with the intent of recruiting the industry’s finest.
This will involve the following key tasks:

• Writing and posting advertisements
• Database management & candidate communications (JobAdder)
• Developing and maintaining talent pipelines & talent pools.
• Managing & coordinating the screening, interviews, shortlisting, referencing and offer process.
• Utilising systems to enhance the candidate experience.
• Ensuring hiring managers are kept informed through regular updates, reports and attendance at resourcing meetings.

This role will be focused on sourcing quality candidates for specific roles varying from senior level engineering/construction/project management professionals to project administration & support staff to health/safety/environmental specialists.
Key to your success will be your ability to demonstrate your credibility and to build lasting relationships with all stakeholders across the business and project.
Skills | Experience | Qualifications

• Ideally possess a mix of internal and external agency recruitment experience specialising in within engineering, construction, project management or similar industries.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Be process driven and take pride in following the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Strong desire to achieve beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.
• You are a proven performer with a nous for recruitment.
• Be a people person that enjoys networking with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience in delivering recruitment results ideally, in both a reactive and project environment.
