As a part of a passionate and driven team you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of multiple roles. Working closely with our hiring manager to ensure the Followmont Family continues it's growth journey. This exciting opportunity would suit a someone who is resilient, driven and has a passion for building capabilty and bringing new ideas to the table. As an internal recruitment team there is no sales involved.
The role:
- Build strong working relationships and ensure prompt communication with all key stakeholders.
- Actively resource candidates, advertise positions via a range of methods, creating pipelines for key critical roles.
- Ensuring candidate profiles are up-to-date using our recruitment system and ensure all required documentation is recorded.
- Provide prompt and accurate correspondence to candidates on recruitment progress providing a positive candidate experience.
- Effectively schedule and arrange interviews and pre-employment assessments.
- Promptly conduction candidate shortlisting, candidates’ screens and reference checks as required.
- Continuously strive to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
About you:
- 2 years' experience in a fast-paced end-to-end Recruitment position, previous experience within the transport industry is also highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment while being able to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication coupled with an ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and experience in using a HRIS/Recruitment System knowledge would be advantageous.
- A strong level of empathy, resilience, and capability for effective time management in organising and prioritising workloads
- Robust attention to detail coupled with solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
