The Opportunity
Please note: The successful candidate for this role will require experience leading rotary aircraft.
Key Responsibilities are not limited to but include:
- The Divisional Managing Director, in partnership with the Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, will be responsible for the success of their Division, defined by driving revenue growth and internal operational excellence facilitated by exceptional leadership.
- This role will be responsible for the formulation of the division's strategy, management of the day-to-day operations to improve business profitability and capture the current market opportunity in the sector.
- The Divisional Managing Director will have full responsibility for their division's Profit & Loss and be accountable for the financial and non-financial performance of the business.
- The role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, delivering responsible cost management and the achievement of revenue and EBIT targets. Additionally, it will require the maintenance and improvement of service delivery to clients to ensure that the business delivers on all financial and non-financial performance commitments.
- The Divisional Managing Director will be responsible for preparing annual business plans, and monthly reports and presenting and reporting to the CEO, Board and key investors.
