Job Description
As our full-time Talent & Culture Administrator, you will report to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, and be responsible for assisting the Talent & Culture department by:
  • Supporting administrative functions across all aspects of the department and company software programs, including but not limited to visa checks, invoicing, managing employee files, contract generation, recruitment and policies
  • Ensuring compliance with regards to employee qualifications and maintenance of employee files
  • Administering employee reward and recognition programs
  • Supporting team members' welfare, and contributing to a positive culture within the hotel
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A degree in Human Resources, or a relevant degree
  • Great attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
  • Passion for people and working as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites, and be comfortable with a computer
  • Ability to handle matters in a confidential manner
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hotels or the hospitality industry preferred
