• Be a trusted advisor to the GM, and partner to ExCom with the ability to see multiple viewpoints and execute agreed plans with empathy and professionalism
• Act as an employee advocate and maintain high ethical standards - ensuring consultation, collaboration and coaching are at the core of how we implement initiatives
• Advise, consult and partner with leadership team regarding workforce planning, succession planning, building leadership capability, performance management and coaching, team building and change management.
• Promote and implement Accor diversity initiatives, ensuring engagement & promotion
• Sensitively manage IR and performance issues within the Hotel
• Lead and mentor a team of passionate T&C professionals

QualificationsYour skills & experience include:

• A creative problem solver with strong commercial aptitude, outstanding leadership and engagement skills
• Have excellent interpersonal, influencing, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultation skills
• Demonstrated experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development in a similar setting
• Exhibit constructive leadership behaviour and ability to lead by example to create Heartist Culture
• A passion for Hospitality or Service Culture
