The key areas of focus for this position will be to:
- Lead transformation agenda across the people function
- Enhance and foster organisational business partnering
- Enhance workforce engagement through innovative recruitment and retention initiatives
- Foster a culture of high performance, respect and continuous improvement
- Create a contemporary WHS culture with a wellbeing and psychosocial focus
- Strong HR Executive track record within a highly competitive consumer driven market in an organisation of equal or greater scale.
- Depth of experience leading transformative agendas to drive an innovative and contemporised culture.
- Proven track record enhancing workforce engagement and wellbeing.
- High level leadership and management experience navigating significant organisational change.
- Strong desires to contribute to the mission of LiveBetter, and the overall improvement of the sector.
