Operating across over 40 locations in Regional NSW, Queensland and Victoria, LiveBetter provides support and employment to people in the communities they serve.LiveBetter focuses on a person-centred approach to service delivery to ensure contact with customers is caring and empathetic, providing both psychological and emotional safety to ensure people live their best lives.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the EGM People & Culture is a key member of the Executive team and will work collaboratively drive a customer-centric culture of high performance and continuous improvement. The key areas of focus for this position will be to:

• Lead transformation agenda across the people function
• Enhance and foster organisational business partnering
• Enhance workforce engagement through innovative recruitment and retention initiatives
• Foster a culture of high performance, respect and continuous improvement
• Create a contemporary WHS culture with a wellbeing and psychosocial focus

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

• Strong HR Executive track record within a highly competitive consumer driven market in an organisation of equal or greater scale.
• Depth of experience leading transformative agendas to drive an innovative and contemporised culture.
• Proven track record enhancing workforce engagement and wellbeing.
• High level leadership and management experience navigating significant organisational change.
• Strong desires to contribute to the mission of LiveBetter, and the overall improvement of the sector.
