Leading global manufacturing business with a presence in over 50+ countries and a legacy of innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a dedicated TA and L&D Specialist in this hybrid role that will instrumental in enhancing the team's capability.
About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment - partner with leaders to define roles, streamline processes, strategic sourcing, and facilitating onboarding.
- Talent Development - Identify and nurture talent, supporting professional growth and aligning to the business goals, and engage in talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of the trends.
- Operational Excellence - Use recruitment metrics for informed decision making and continuous improvement, whilst working closely with the broader HR/Ops teams to build the brands in the communities and attract high-calibre candidates.
To be successful, you will bring experience in talent acquisition and talent management with good understanding of employment regulations. Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a high level of professionalism is essential as you will collaborate with teams, right across the organisation to achieves shared goals. Ideally, expertise in developing training matrix is beneficial.
This is a Part-time role, 3 days a week. The salary on offer is $110,000 base + super FTE ($66K + super pro-rated).
