Tax and Business Services Accountant

The Opportunity:

Based in the heart of Toowoomba, our client is one of Queensland’s leading accounting firms who pride themselves on being able to assist their clients with all their financial needs. They offer a variety of services including tax, business advisory, audit, self-managed superannuation, financial planning and more!

Due to growth, this firm is seeking a motivated Intermediate Accountant who enjoys complex and challenging work. Due to their large presence in the Queensland market, this firm can give you exposure to a variety of industries, entities and turnovers.

• $60,000 - $80,000 + super salary (depending on experience)

• Service a range of clients including sole traders, companies, SMSF, partnerships, trusts and multi-entities
• Preparation and lodgement of Financial statements, BAS, and Income Tax returns
• ATO communication and correspondence
• Accompany Managers, Partners and Directors to client meetings

• Degree Qualified and undertaking or willing to undertake CA/CPA qualification.
• Ideally 2+ years public practice accounting experience.
• Problem solver who is committed to their work and keen to learn.
