Position Summary & Purpose:

The position is a hands on role and will be working on a diverse range of direct and indirect taxation matters for the Kin Power Group, including Income Tax, GST, FBT, Payroll Tax and R&D. Additionally, assisting in other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Tax Manager to continually support the business and foster long-term business partnering to create value.
  
Key Responsibilities:

The Tax Consultant will be responsible for managing the following key areas, with specific duties stemming from each.

• Income Tax
• GST Compliance
• Fringe Benefits Tax
• Research and Development Tax Incentive
• Payroll Tax
• Treasury

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Significant direct and indirect taxation experience in income tax, FBT, and Payroll Tax.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent research Skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a professional services environment.
