About the Role:
TC Boxes Marsden Park is on the hunt for a Site Office Manager - 4x4 Vehicle to oversee our Marsden Park site.
As a Site Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, overseeing office functions, coordinating purchases, travel arrangements, ensuring safety compliance, and managing on-site personnel. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at multitasking, and has a knack for effective people management. The successful candidates will have:
- Experience in Site and or Office Management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Proficiency in using office software
