The Position
We are searching for a T&C Deputy Manager who will be responsible for:
- Represent the CYP T&C team during the Coordinate the preparation and execution of T&C Fire Integration C&E matrix within the area.
- Ensure Readiness of Systems (physical installation, and prior Level 1 Testing) prior test event is being schedule, as required develop list of Outstanding items to be resolved,
- Review Testing Scenario progress against plans, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required
- Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management
- Contribute to the overall delivery of the project, on or ahead of time with all client expectations met
- Contribute to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly, and long-term project goals
- Perform all duties in accordance with CYP policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures
- Ensure System readiness prior integration testing (CYP and RNA subsystems), as required develop Outstanding Items list to be resolved by • • Site Delivery Project Managers and Subcontractors.
- Provide the Tester In Charge the required test documentation, and Test Scenarios availability/priorities
- Role of “Permit Holder” in the CYP-D&C Isolation Process.
- Perform all duties in accordance with CYP D&C and John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures
- Minimum 10 years' experience in T&C and/or Building Services Design in major projects.
- Experience in multidisciplinary projects.
- Contemporary practices in design and construction methodology
- People and performance management including the performance of subcontractors.
- Stakeholder management on site during T&C activities.
- Quantitative and qualitative safety, environment, and quality risk assessment.
- Analysis of and reporting on project performance, compliance, and defects and/or non-conformance.
- Key role for T&C activities in major projects.
- Modern T&C Methodology using System breakdown and Test Lots (or similar).
- Experience in managing a variety of subcontractors in various disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in T&C and/or Building Services Design in major projects.
- Diploma of Project Management in Engineering Science, Building, Construction or equivalent.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
