About the Role:
SoftLabs is seeking TCRM Developers for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.
Essential Criteria:
• Work with team to capture functional and technical requirements to design overall Tableau CRM (TCRM) solution;
• Define, design, and build TCRM data flows, datasets, and recipes, lenses, and dashboard visualizations;
• Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations;
• Assist with TCRM data-mapping;
• Drive commonality and reuse;
• Document technical data, ETL, and Integration Architecture Design for input to CRMA development team; and
• Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both the internal team, but also our platform users. Applicants are required to submit a short statement (no more than 1 page) of claims against the responsibility’s description above.
