AddressTalent International is currently recruiting for a Customer Enquiry Officer to work for an NSW Government client based in Parramatta. The position is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of being extended and are paying $35 to $42.26 per hour + Super.
8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
Primary purpose of the role
The role acts as the first point of contact for customers and external stakeholders and as a liaison with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. The role will respond to inquiries about camera enforcement programs and release information requests from customers and stakeholders by providing initial information that complies with relevant Divisional policies and Regulations.
Key accountabilities
- Provide timely and accurate information and advice relating to regulatory program enquiries, alleged noncompliance by a regulatory program participant and release of information to law enforcement agencies.
- Process and facilitate the timely operational resolution of customer compliance as per Divisional policies and decision-making guidelines.
- Respond to customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner within the delegation-level or, where necessary, escalate the more complex and contentious issues to the relevant Senior Customer Enquiry Officer or Team Leader.
- Provide support to the analysis of customer issue categories to inform Insights and reporting trend analysis and support the development and implementation of improvement actions that include customer service delivery.
- Maintain customer enquiries databases and systems to support both evidence and risk-based decision making and reporting.
