Salary: $86,366.68 - $94,622.85 + Super

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role provides an exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
You will also provide administrative support to the unit and Applications Support to staff enabling use of corporate applications. Maintaining support and up-to-date user documentation for core application products and managing security profiles for different user groups and roles within Council corporate applications.
ABOUT YOU:
The successful applicant will have:
- 2+ years of practical experience in corporate applications (preferably in local government environment)
- Relevant formal qualifications and/or industry experience
- Ability to understand user requirements and satisfy user requests.
- Sound communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Proven ability to be a good team player, support peers, team leaders and managers.
- Experience in managing IT Support issues and providing resolution.
