AddressEight Mile Plains State School is looking for a Teacher Aide to work within the Inclusion Team to support students with a disability in Years 3 to 6.

About the Role
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
- Implement adjustments to learning as planned by the classroom teachers
- Work with small groups and individual students to deliver planned learning activities
- Support students with a disability to achieve their individual learning goals
- Support students social and emotional needs
- Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Team to deliver educational and wellbeing outcomes for students
About You
The ideal candidate is able to:
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with a range of students with diverse needs
- Be responsive, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the students and school routines
- Collaborate with staff to achieve shared goals
- Take initiative and problem-solve
