Teacher Aide - School Officer Level 3
(20-30 hours per week, term-time, 2024 Contract)

All applicants are expected to contribute to the ethos of the Edmund Rice Touchstones and Co-Curricular program of the College.
Applicants are invited to apply for the Contract position of Teacher Aide – School Officer Level 3, over 20 to 30 hours per week, term-time in 2024.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Ability to work with students with diverse needs in an EALD context, in intervention role, health support, general support, supporting student differentiated learning, preparation of resources; using technology to support learning, and/or outdoor education camps.
- Ideally you will be studying to be a teacher, or have previous experience/qualifications as a Teacher Aide with diverse cultural background, languages, proven communication and interpersonal skills; and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- You will also demonstrate an ability with administrative skills, and initiative in supporting teachers and students to gain learning outcomes.
The successful applicant must have a Blue Card. All applicants will be subject to EREA and legislative screening procedures. These checks are consistent with EREA’s commitment to child protection policies and procedures.
A cover letter addressing the criteria outlined above, should be included with your application. The application must include three (3) Referees with one being the most recent employer.
