Kenmore State High School is looking for a motivated individual to work in our Teacher Aide Hub for 30 hours a week (plus 12.5% under the Standard Job Model) commencing this term, until 13th September 2024 unless otherwise determined.

About the Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will:
- Enter detentions & update Student Notices
- Bus duty & Playground duty (includes provide first aid)
- General Administration - Filing/Photocopying/Printing/Laminating & Binding documents
- Typing & Formatting documents
- Data Entry and Spreadsheeting (Excel)
- School Events - Programs, PowerPoints, Certificates, emails to students/parents, seating
- Supervise and manage uniform room
- Other duties as required, as directed by the Business Manager/HR Manager.
About You:
The ideal applicant will have excellent written and oral communication skills, great time management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to provide quality support to students and staff, and a high level of experience with the Microsoft Office suite is highly desirable.
