The Role
- Teach Social Science subjects across all stages. Stage 6 Legal Studies and Business Studies experience is preferred.
- Create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all students through varied teaching strategies and pedagogical practices.
- All staff members at Loreto Normanhurst must participate in the Loreto Normanhurst Student Growth Model, which may mean being part of an Integrated Learning Team.
- Develop and maintain collegial relationships within and beyond the faculty.
- A commitment to pastoral care and meeting the social and emotional wellbeing of young women.
- Hold relevant education qualifications including a current NESA accreditation.
- Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom and committed to improving educational outcomes.
- A genuine passion for and the ability to ignite a love of your subject in students across various stages.
- Ability to use ICT to facilitate and enrich student learning and engagement.
- Be a positive and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes.
