As a VCE teacher, you will implement industry best practices, incorporate current learning technologies, and employ contemporary learning pedagogies. This position requires the ability to tailor VCE programs to meet the diverse needs of our learners and clients.
Skills & attributes for success in this role
- A degree, or other approved tertiary qualification to enable to teach across VCE Year 11 & 12
- Four years of full-time or equivalent higher education study, including an approved initial primary and/or secondary teaching qualification of at least one year’s duration
- A three-year qualification relevant to a specific VCE subject field or an Education qualification with one or more methods suitable to teach up to VCE level (see Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) for subjects)
- Current registration with Victorian Insitute of Teaching (VIT)
