About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and innovative academic with expertise in IT keen to take workshops and other sessions with students as part of our VU First Year College®.This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) 22.05 hours per week continuing position, commencing in April/May 2024 at a
Teaching Focused Academic A Classification Level 3 - 6, Salary range $82,415 per annum (pro rata) - $93,509 per annum (pro rata), plus 17% Superannuation.We want to hear from you if you:
- Have completed a master's degree in IT or related field and have substantial knowledge and experience
- Experience of higher education teaching in the area of IT
- Are flexible and adaptable
- Are passionate about teaching first year university students
- Have a strong passion for teaching and a desire for continuous improvement and development in student learning.
