We have a 2 month fixed term assignment through Integrity Executive for a Contracts Officer (Level 5) with a government organisation in East PerthHourly rate is $61.54 plus super (Integrity pay all workers weekly)The duties of the role involve contract management, communication and liaison with community service organisations and other stakeholders.Preparation of procurement documentation, service reviews and database (Smartsheet) inputs.We are seeking someone who has experience and appropriate skills in managing community services contracts and a possesses a working understanding of the WA Procurement Act, Procurement Rules and the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy.Required skills and attributes
- Relevant experience in a contract management area including the ability to provide advice and support to relevant stakeholders within a complex environment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise and consult with a range of stakeholders in various contexts.
- Well-developed organisational skills together with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines and timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
